Dr. Boozer has recently re-located her office to Claremont. She was previously practicing for 3 years in nearby Rancho Cucamonga. She is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice. Her focus in on prevention. She is currently involved in many educational programs in the Inland Empire and has several upcoming speaking engagements planned. This open house with free screenings is another great way for the local community to learn more about the importance of preventative health and wellness.

Jennifer R. Boozer, D.O. is a California native. After growing up in San Jose, California, she did her undergraduate training at the University of Southern California. She then went on to earn her doctorate from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California. She completed her internship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California and finally completed her Family Medicine residency at Chino Valley Medical Center in Chino, California. She now resides in Rancho Cucamonga with her husband Chad, a firefighter/paramedic, and their two small children.
